Shipping Policy

Shipping information

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within one business day
  • Billing information and shipment method must be verified prior to shipment
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday
  • If you place your order on a weekend or holiday (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s), we may not be able to ship within 24 hours but will ship next business day
  • We ship domestic orders which include all 50 states and US territories. We do not ship internationally
  • Orders being shipped to FPO, APO or a PO box will be delivered via USPS, regardless of weight
  • It is rare, but on occasion, we may be out of stock of a particular item. We will keep you informed via email of any backorders, including estimated time of arrival
  • To expedite your order, we may need to send your order in two separate shipments (in-stock vs. out-of stock) at no additional cost to you
  • Orders may be shipped to an alternate address than billing address

Shipping fees:

  • If your order is over $50, shipping is free via UPS ground
  • For orders under $50, we will charge a flat rate mailing fee of $9.95 per order
  • All orders are subject to a Washington State Sales Tax, except for NaturoMedica patients which are tax exempt for prescribed supplements
  • If you make an error when inputting your shipping address or need your shipment to be forwarded to another address, additional charges may apply

UPS Ground

  • Delivers in 2-5 business days
  • Monday - Friday delivery
  • Available in select areas

UPS 2nd Day Air

  • Delivers in 2 business days
  • Monday - Friday delivery
  • Orders must be placed by 1:00pm Monday - Friday for expedited shipping

UPS Next Day

  • Delivers in 1 business day
  • Monday - Friday delivery
  • Orders must be placed by 1:00pm Monday - Friday for expedited shipping

Standard USPS Shipping

  • Delivers in 4-9 business days
  • Monday - Saturday delivery
  • Rural areas may take additional time
  • Only for delivery to FPO, APO or PO Boxes
  • For FPO, APO, and PO Boxes, please select UPS Ground at checkout and it will be changed to USPS when shipping

     

Tracking information

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped
  • Your confirmation email will provide you with the shipping confirmation number to assist you in locating your order or you may use “My Account” to track your order(s)
  • If you do not receive an email, please contact our customer care department at 1-888-4NATURO to assist you in tracking your order and estimated date of arrival. Please have your order confirmation and/or order information available to expedite the tracking of your order

Return Policy

  • Unopened items may be returned within 30 days from date of receipt for refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products returned to Naturologie that are over the 30 day period. If unopened products are returned within a 30 day period, we will refund the fees charged to your credit or debit card used at the time of purchase minus a 25% restocking fee. The return shipping fees will be at purchaser’s expense and management
  • If you receive a shipment with damaged products or broken bottles, please do not discard the items and contact Naturologie upon receipt via email (customerservice@naturologie.com) or telephone at 1-888-4NATURO for return instructions
